GABA TEA

GABA tea is a special type of tea produced through anaerobic fermentation, during which the tea leaves are enriched with gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

Today, GABA processing is applied not only to oolongs but also to other types of tea, including green tea, sheng pu-erh, shu pu-erh, red tea, and even white tea. These experiments are fascinating for their effects on the mind: the tea can help promote a sense of calm and create an atmosphere conducive to deep reflection or creativity, leaving a feeling of inner peace and balance.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an important neurotransmitter involved in calming the nervous system and regulating stress. It is associated with relaxation, concentration, and cognitive function, contributing to a deeper sense of mental balance and tranquility.
